AlloDriver
AlloDriverIdentifying the variants altering protein function is a promising strategy for deciphering the biological consequences of somatic mutations during tumorigenesis, which would provide novel targets for the development of cancer therapies.
AlloDriver aims to provide therapeutic targets from cancer samples, it utilizes structural and dynamic features to prioritize potentially functional genes/proteins in individual cancer via mapping gene mutations generated from cancer samples to allosteric/orthosteric sites derived from protein three-dimensional structures. AlloDriver may not only shed light on the innovative molecular mechanisms of tumorigenesis by perturbing protein but also enable the identification of novel targets based on the driver mutations.
