IDDB Xtra Epigenetic Dataset provides epigenetic data related to infertility diseases, including miRNA, LncRNA, histone modification and DNA methylation. The dataset records the expression level of miRNA and LncRNA involved in the occurrence and development of infertility diseases. Some further target genes information can be queried as well. Besides，the dataset records the DNA methylation level and histone modification pattern regulating transcription of infertility associated genes.
