分子设计课题组（Molecular Design Laboratory）创立于2009年9月，隶属于上海交通大学医学院细胞分化与凋亡教育部重点实验室。本课题组致力于药物化学、药物设计、生物信息学和化学生物学等学科的方法学发展，并将其应用于重要疾病的靶标识别、药物发现及调节机制探索等领域。特别是在别构药物发现领域，课题组发展了由别构蛋白解析、别构位点识别、别构激动剂/抑制剂筛选、别构结构优化到别构动态系统生物学研究的系统解决方案，以克服传统药物开发中的选择性及毒性问题，动态阐明疾病调节的分子机制。
